This past Tuesday the project was once again brought before the town of New Durham Planning Board. The project application was officially accepted as all material required was made available to the town. The next step is a review of the project by the towns engineering firm. There may be some additional slight modifications to the engineering plan based on this review but no major issues are anticipated.

We should have a series of house plans for the community today for review by the developer. This will enable us to make more information available to those people that are intersted in the neighborhood. Although the concept for an energy efficient community is in place, the details of the homes is not yet completed and this is an important element to define. A meeting will take place on Sunday where we should be able to document many of the specifications for the homes. When these are available I will announce their availability here.
